• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders (name, phone number, delivery address)
• Not use the store for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the store
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your phone number or account

3. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to display settings or manufacturing processes.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels. We may cancel or limit orders if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• All payments are processed securely through Cashfree, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank account details.
• Supported payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets as available through Cashfree.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation. If payment fails, the order will not be placed.
• In the event of a pricing error or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, logistics issues, public holidays, etc.).
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
• Tracking information will be shared with you once your order is shipped, where available.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return eligibility and procedures are determined on a case-by-case basis. Not all products may be eligible for returns.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Cashfree. Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
• If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• toosilly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the store or purchase of products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
• We are not responsible for any third-party services, including payment gateways and courier partners, beyond our reasonable control.

All content on toosilly, including product images, descriptions, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
