Policy Scope
This policy applies to StartupInMinutes subscription and platform service payments only.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once the service is activated.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A technical issue from our side prevents service usage
- Duplicate payment is made
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel future renewals anytime
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
4. Early Access / Testing Phase
During initial stages, features may evolve and minor issues may occur. By purchasing, you acknowledge this.

6. Buyer Order Refunds
Refund decisions for buyer orders are managed by the seller/store as per their policy and applicable law. Customer order payments are received directly by sellers in their connected payment accounts; StartupInMinutes does not hold customer funds.
