By using StartupInMinutes, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
StartupInMinutes provides tools to create and manage online stores and websites.
2. User Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform legally
- Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the system
3. Subscription & Payments
- Plans are billed in advance (monthly or quarterly)
- Access is granted only after successful payment
- Non-payment may result in suspension
4. Platform Usage
You are responsible for:
- Your store content
- Products listed
- Customer interactions
Sellers may not list, sell, promote, or facilitate any products, services, or content that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or non-Shariah-compliant. StartupInMinutes may remove such listings or suspend related accounts at its discretion.
5. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Sales, revenue, or traffic
- Business success or growth
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
- Non-Shariah-compliant products, services, or content are listed or promoted
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
