1. Services

StartupInMinutes provides tools to create and manage online stores and websites.

2. User Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally
• Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the system
• Use the platform only if you are legally able to do so, or with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law

3. Subscription & Payments

• Plans are billed in advance (monthly or quarterly)
• Access is granted only after successful payment
• Non-payment may result in suspension

StartupInMinutes is a software platform. Customer order payments are received directly in each seller's connected payment account and bank account. StartupInMinutes does not operate an escrow, wallet, or fund-holding service for customer payments.

Payment processing and settlement timelines are determined by the seller's payment provider and bank.

4. Platform Usage

You are responsible for:

• Your store content
• Products listed
• Customer interactions
• All order cancellation and refund decisions for your customers

StartupInMinutes does not directly manage or approve buyer cancellations/refunds for seller orders. These are managed by the seller/store as per their policy and applicable law.

Sellers may not list, sell, promote, or facilitate any products, services, or content that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, restricted without required approvals, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. StartupInMinutes may remove such listings or suspend related accounts at its discretion.

5. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Sales, revenue, or traffic
• Business success or growth

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
• Prohibited, harmful, infringing, misleading, or restricted products, services, or content are listed or promoted

8. Intellectual Property

StartupInMinutes and its licensors own the software, branding, website design, and platform materials we provide. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the limited license needed to host, display, process, secure, and operate that content as part of the service. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse our platform or branding except as permitted by us in writing.

9. Force Majeure

Subject to applicable law, we are not liable for delay, interruption, data loss, or service failure to the extent directly caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting or payment provider failures, natural events, government actions, cyberattacks, strikes, or other external disruptions. This clause does not limit any non-waivable privacy, security, or consumer-protection obligations, or liability for failures that could reasonably have been prevented by us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any non-waivable forum rights, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
